Raw Sangha Vegan Recipe – Magic Marinated Veggies


Aloha Sangha! We’re preparing to host a vegan potluck tonight to close out the New Year Juice Feast/Cleanse so I thought I’d share a recipe of one of the dishes I’m making. Check it out! MAGIC MARINATED VEGGIES THE VEGGIES: 3 crowns broccoli 3 zucchini 2 tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1/2 bunch dino kale 1/2 red onion 1/3 cup leek 5 cloves of garlic rosemary to taste THE MARINADE: 3/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup water 3 T red miso 1 lemon juice 1/3 cup coconut aminos sea salt to taste DIRECTIONS: Chop up all the veggies put in bowl, add olive oil, water, miso, lemon juice, coconut aminos, salt and mix in bowl for 2-3 minutes until everything is covered. After mixing well place plastic wrap over bowl and let sit for 1-2 hours the more you let sit the better! OPTIONS: Nutritional Yeast, Cucumber, Green Bell Pepper Okay Sangha I hope you try it and love it. Veganizing Part 2 (vegan meat loaf): Vegan Cooking For Carnivores


vc4c.com Vegan meat loaf. Cooking a vegan meal doesn’t necessarily mean you have to use a vegan recipe. I like to do what I call veganizing, where I take a regular recipe and make it vegan. Although not every recipe can be made vegan, most can. With years of practice under my belt, I’ve veganized everything from beef stroganoff to pecan pie.
