Want A Raw Chocolate Smoothie Recipe…Part 1 #13


Recipe 2-1/2 cups water 1/4-cup almonds 4 heaping TBSP-chia seeds 3 heaping TBSP-lucuma powder 4 heaping TBSP-mesquite powder 2 heaping tsp-maca powder 4-5 heaping TBSP- raw cacoa powder–I use Bali cacao 2 heaping TBSP-tocotrienols (natural vitamin E) 1 & a 1/2 frozen banana’s 6 to 8 ice cubes Blend above starting with the water and ending with the ice cubes. If you want to use it as a chocolate pudding you may add another few tablespoons of chia seeds and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to set. Serve with your favourite fruit or nut cream. Remember to put as little or as much in your smoothie as you want. There are no rules to personal flavours. Enjoy Serves 2
