@jrpinpon No, it does not have to be microwaved. It’s better if it’s not microwaved. Yes, you can apply it with fingers as long as your fingers are clean. Yes, you can apply it more than once a day. =)

kudos to you! honey is great for the skin!!!!..however!!! i would avoid using the microwave…it actually does kill vital nutrients in food…so i would recommend finding another method of warming the honey. great video!!

your such a sweet girl! and i love to use honey on my face as well. it works so greatt and clears up my skin.i leave it on for 15-20 mins then rinse it with warm water great videooo:)

@tarynh86 Hey Tarynh, I’m currently working on three degrees. I never said skin was a “big problem” of mine. I’m a beauty guru here on YouTube… this is something I do as a hobby. I speak 4+ languages, and English isn’t my first, so no, I didn’t know what antiseptic meant on the spot. “Serious reactions in pollen-allergic patients challenged with honey are rare.” I’m currently 19. I don’t have great skin. =)

You should spend more time getting a better education instead of putting honey on your face. Skin is not your biggest problem….sister. You don’t know what antiseptic means? You don’t think anyone is allergic to honey? How old are you? I’m glad you have great skin. Now go get a brain.
Ohhh no don’t put in the microwave, it kills a lot of good vitamins and so on. do the research about the microwave. I Think the best way to put in the bullet Magic and stir it with pure water, like one to one.
RAW honey is great for the skin. but don’t just take my word for it. you can research it. we have lots of places to get raw honey here in maui. hope you can get some at a heath food store near you.

It went great! Thank you so much! I have a lot a lot of acne lol. But i tried the honey for a week and i didnt see a result. It got very soft, but the acne didnt go away. Anymore ideas?

Thats true. I used to just slather honey on but I had a bit of a problem with dripping. I ended up microwaving it yesterday because manuka honey is a little expensive and I didn’t want to waist it….and it dries quicker too. I think I’m going to start boiling the honey b/c I’m worried that microwaves will cause some kind of change to my honey chemically that it doesn’t work as well….paranoia? lol
