are you sure that the nori you used is raw?
from what i know that nori looks like toasted nori,,
i think it would taste even better with raw seaweed called wakame instead of nori…
i’m pretty sure its much better than nori cause its not dried and it isn’t as salty as nori.
its also REALLY REALLY good for you.

miso is basically a cooked soybean paste that has been fermented like yogurt is fermented… it’s kind of a salty beany flavor and makes a very yummy broth for the soup. =^-^=

nori is the seaweed wrap that you eat with sushi. I get both my nori and miso from my local asain market but many health food stores carry both of them as well. =^-^=
nori is what sushi is wapped in, you can get it in any grocery store
