Vegan Recipe Curry Chick Peas & Borlotti Beans Vegetable Bake
Vegan Recipe using Psyllium Husk to bind the processed chick peas and borlotti beans (works well) then adding curry powder and vegetables on top before baking for 19 mins at 200C. The veg was cooked just enough to “blanch” them and prevent them from going off. NO Salt or Oil was harmed in the making of this recipe.

That would certainly make a change to pastry and add extra nutrition and there’s no end of varieties of flavours you could add if curry wasn’t wanted I guess. Thank you.
@katey3 Hi yes it does bind very well once cooked. I made some more tonight – baked blind if you like, and then added some salad on top of it. will post another video soon. Certainly a lovely flavour.
They look very MORE-ish, very savoury and I bet they were tasty. Could that base be used in like a tart size tin, does it bind OK? So you could make like a veggie flan?
