Recipe: www.healthyveganrecipes.net Tonight’s vegan lentil stew recipe comes to you from Saranda, Albania. Phil and I got here this afternoon from Greece and are staying at a great hostel. We’ve been without a kitchen for a few days, so we were ready for some satisfying healthy vegan recipes.

I went a little nuts on the indian spice mix – you can find the exact contents if you go to the hidden section I mentioned in the video – slash Europe – but any indian or curry mix would be great in this stew. It was just as fantastic, if not more so, for lunch today.
