Vegan Couscous Pudding

A recipe originally from Morocco, but veganized and fairtradeified by me ;) Ingredients: * couscous (200 g) * soy milk (up to about 750 ml) * cinnamon (2 teaspoons) * sugar (2 teaspoons) * raisins (as much as you like) * pecan nuts (as much as you like) * chocolate sprinkles * …or whatever it is you like (eg dates) The pudding needs to stiffen up for some hours in the fridge, and before that it needs to cool down, so you’d best prepare the pudding in advance. I can’t give you an exact amount of soy milk needed, because it evaporates a lot. Just make sure that there´s enough moisture because you don´t want your pudding to come out dry!
