Thanks for the vid but the camera’s in the wrong place, we can’t even see the dish as you’re preparing it and tasting it afterwards. How will i know if i’ve got it right if i can’t see clearly what it’s supposed to look like! And what is the name of the meat alternative, can i get this in the uk? If not, can you recommend any online exporters of this? And why are you cooking for 2 hrs when you say the meat doesn’t even need cooking! plus aren’t you over-cooking the veg, destr. the nutrients?
