Turkish Vegan Recipe using Peas


A vegetarian/vegan friendly recipe – something that my mum taught me. Sorry if I messed anything up – it’s my first time uploading a video and I. Was. Really. Really. Nervous. I tried to make it look nice… Also, sorry if I sound patronising. Check out Ben1607′s account, he has really interesting vids including his favourites. I first discovered his channel while hunting for subliminal messages in Disney. Vegetarianism for the poor animals, your health, the environment and much, much more! At least try it for 30 days. Try doing a sponsored vegan/ vegetarian diet thing and raise money for charity! (secure.peta.org I’ve just started vegetarianism – it’s really cool, you learn to make food without meat and with more spices – yummy! Besides, how would you feel if you were in their hooves? Seriously. Imagine being force fed, or kept in a cage all day, or have pain inflicted on you so people can PLAY with you, or seeing your friends die for SPORT… the list is endless. I don’t want to go into too much detail on why I advertise vegetarianism because I’ll be writing an essay! Recipe: Ingredients: – 2-3 big (or 5-6 small) potatoes, cubed – 1 onion, cubed – 2 cloves of garlic, sliced – 1 tablespoon tomato puree – 1-2 glasses of water – spices to your particular taste Method: 1. Put your diced potatoes in pan 2. Put 500g of peas (or more, according to your taste) into the pan, on TOP of the potatoes 3. Put the onion and garlic on top of the peas into the pan. 4.
