The Eazy Vegan Presents Carob Almond Squares
It’s time for vitamin sugar! AngelA presents a great dessert recipe that you can bring to your next pot luck or eat in a big bunch while watching MacGyver reruns. Either way, it’s pretty darned tasty.

I’ve heard of and watched the “Easy Vegan” videos, and I just wish she could be less awkward. It might help if she weren’t tying new things on camera. There is almost always a learning curve with any type of cooking, so to have someone tentatively admitting “I’ve never done this before” is odd to me. I feel weird serving a dish I’ve never tried before, much less preparing said dish for an audience.
The brand was pretty generic (though yes, it was purchased in Canada!) – we’ve bought a few over the years, usually at a department store or a kitchen gadget store. Ask around, you should be able to find one, and if not, there’s always Amazon. Search for oil pump in the kitchen & housewares section.
All foods are an aquired taste. Where did you get the Oil atomizer?(brand name, you sound Canadian, is it from the US?) Can’t find them here. Coconut would rock in this recipe too.
