I realize that it is not the cover of the book that matters, it is what’s inside that counts. From what was inside, I do not believe it is worth $30.
I tried an almond milk..which is something you really can’t go wrong with.
I also tried a pate and it was not good to me. I’ve made better pates from other recipe books. After trying that, I did not attempt anything else. One can usually tell by the ingredients if a recipe is good or not. I’ll leave it at that.
you talk about the quality of the paperstock….but what’s the quality of the recipes? if it a book OR poster with recipes i don’t really care…are the recipes any good?

WoW! Yeah, I would’ve been salty. That’s not right. I’ve come across his site and know that he’s pretty respected. Obviously he has no heart or care for those that follow or learn from him or he would never put something out like that.
