My mom asks me to take chia seed daily, raw, but my teacher told us that uncooked plant seeds all have poisons – a natural way of protecting seed, also chia came from poisonous plant to insects, do you think it will cause kidney disease if intake for a long time uncook?
I’ve just found the answer. You can mix the chia seeds with water and it will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks!

My chia seeds arrived yesterday. I bought them to mix with green veggie pulp to dehydrate. Then I saw this recipe too. Did you mean that the made up dish will last a week or two in the fridge?

Tamari has free glutamate (MSG) in it. That’s why it gives you a headache.
Just use sea salt instead.

where do you get spring water? is filtered tap water not as good?
yes definitely!
You may have an allergy to the soy in the Tamari– you can use celtic sea salt instead.
I have some gluten free Organic Tamari and it causes me to feel like I am getting a headache. Do you experiance any problems with it? This looks like something I want to try. Maybe what I will do is cut the Tamari part in half and try that.
