hmmmm, yum yum what I love to do is freeze the banana and take it out of the freeze peel it and blend it with pineapple, and papaya and maybe add a little brown sugar. Sometimes i blend these with melon juice wit a tray of ice. OMG! This is better than the blended fruit punch at restaurants.

hey mm … so far, my granddaughter has loved every raw thing i make … and will even choose that over something like a sandwich or whatever if given a choice … xoxo
