raw food is better because all of the enzymes and nutrients are retained in the fruits or vegetables. and the difference between raw food and cooked food is that the heat from the cooking kills some of the nutriets and all of the enzymes.
so it isnt cooked, and therefore ‘live’.

@meow98 Actually, that’s not ricotta, it’s made to taste like ricotta.
but, Ricotta is dairy, so not totally raw, right?
althought HORRIBLY expensive…i bought the vitamix 5200 and it is worth every single penny of the 499.00 i paid for it. seriously, in health benefits alone! i pulvarize, blend and with the help of a nutmilk bag, i can juice. ….my greattest concern was speed and strenght. the vitamix 5200 is the greatest machine. go for it.
My daughter had a blend tech and did not like it. I have the vita mixer and she does too, we both love it.
I am buying the blend tech hp3 and I get it tomrrow what do you think about that blender?
