Sorry for late reply since travelling in Canada at present. For 5o people I would try easy to make or make ahead recipes. Not sure if you remember my “Tortilla roll ups” recipe. That is very good make ahead for crowd. And there are other many easy appetizers such as samosa pie, cutlets, chaats, khaman, dhokla sandwich, or something easy. For dry shaak, cabage sambharo, or mix vegetable curry, or tell me more detail such as do you prefer gujarati, punjabi or combination of western

It’s better to use fresh one for vada but if you have frozen, then thaw and use food processor to shred and use more corn flour to get thick vada better. Thanx
did u use frozen corn does it need to be cooked? also i wanted to try corn wada can i used frozen corn and how do i shread it i mean can i just run it into the food prossesor? sorry i am little new with this.
