thanks, it is really interesting to see that on screen.
We have a broad audience from many different countries watching the same show, so we try to accommodate them by having their language so that they can understand too..
what is with the subtitles in 5 different languaes, English, French,German, Spanish and Vietnames? It’s is rather interesting, ill be distracted just looking at the subtitles and not the cooking
If the food release free radical it means oxygenated. Do a search on Wiki.. it will tell you what free radical means.

I always used olive oil.

looks tasty. olive oil does not stay stable when heated (releases free radicals). always best to use coconut oil for cooking. also – don’t put aluminum or any metal in the microwave. it will spark. best of health to all!
I have a kimchi pizza recipe on my page. If you use soy pepperoni and soy cheese rather than the turkey pepperoni and the regular cheese I use, it would be a really good vegetarian/vegan option.
