Healthy Vegan Sesame Ginger Tempeh Salad Recipe Video
Recipe: www.healthyveganrecipes.net Tempeh and other beans are the perfect complement to green vegetables in healthy vegan recipes. The tempeh makes a meal out of a salad, and the greens give the body enzymes and nutrients to help break down the dense nutrients of the bean. Top it with some ginger, which helps stimulate the digestive system, and you have a excellent source of energy without weighing you down.

@tommyk77 Yeah, I could see England being a bad place to be 100% raw…
too bad on the tempeh! You can always just use whatever type of bean you have handy in any of my tempeh recipes. I use it because there’s a company in my city that makes a really nice one, and people seem to want recipes with tempeh. Anyway, hope you like it once it arrives!
@healthyvegan Yes, I agree. I like to keep cooked food in my diet, one because I’m in England and it’s cold and gloomy. Two, because all the beans I eat need to be cooked and they are a good source of protein.
Ordered tempeh today, by the way. Criminally hard to find over here!
@tommyk77 I think there are lots of really great reasons to eat a lot of foods raw, and I think there are some people who can experience lots of positive changes by eating entirely raw food. I do find it a bit too rigid, and I also think that there are lots of great reasons to eat cooked grains and legumes. Changing seasons, or as you change with age, makes sense to change your diet.
@stitchergary Thanks so much, I hope you enjoy this one! It’s my goal to make healthy vegan food easy and delicious, so it’s great to know that’s working!!
Heather, what’s your opinion on the raw food vegans? Personally I think they are a little dogmatic, but I wanted to hear what you think.
