French Ratatouille Recipe – Healthy Vegan Recipes On Video
Recipe: www.healthyveganrecipes.net Phil and I are in Paris tonight, and we asked our hosts Karine and Kelric (who are vegans) what we could make as a traditional French dish that could be made as a healthy vegan recipe. They suggested a French Ratatouille recipe, which is a dish from the Southern region of France – Provence.

Ooh this looks so good.
))) Thanks for making these awesome videos!
@cigiss such a great space, it was a pleasure to work there. Thanks for the kind words!
@laughingspeakers It was such a beautiful apartment, and great kitchen. Very small, but they have use the space so well! The traditional recipe they showed me required each vegetable to cook in a different pan on the stove, which I didn’t do to save dishes, but it was definitely not roasted. I think what makes the dish French is the herbs, and the flavors of Provence, but it is very simple – just how I like it!
@Livna2707 whew, thanks!! I took French immersion in school in Canada, but never spent much time actually speaking French, so it’s nice to know I don’t sound terrible!
Wow, that is a beautiful cozy kitchen. This ratatouille is very similar to pisto manchego which is already a fav of mine. For some reason, I always thought ratatouille required roasted vegetables. Thanks for sharing.
@healthyvegan Yeah I am totally enjoying your videos and it’s very nice of you to share with us your experiences.By the way I love when you say ratatouille lol that’s too cute and also “rondelle” you say it right! I have heard that Istanbul is a great place so enjoy your honeymoon! bye
@healthyvegan You’re right, it could be the diffused lighting… my comment was besides the subject… your video was lovely as always!! p.s. that kicthen is so small and compact (i.e. cutting board over sink), it’s so cute!
@Livna2707 aw, nice! Thanks for posting, we are having an excellent time here with our new friends. Hope you enjoy following us along on our travels, but we leave France soon unfortunately… I like it here because I can at least say things in French – not very well, but enough to be understood. Our next stop is Turkey, and I will be totally lost!!
@cigiss hmmm, I don’t think so… perhaps it’s the different lighting, different camera angles?
Anyway – thanks for watching!
Yeah you are in my country!! I am so happy I hope you enjoy it ! Have a nice day Bye
you lost so much weight!!!!
