@mommaplath I eat guacamole with a whole bunch of different things, but this time specifically I had it with sliced cucumbers – kinda like a chip, but I like light things in the summer. Phil likes to slice a whole wheat pita or sprouted grain wrap into triangles, brush with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and then toast them. If there are leftovers the next day, I will often spread some into a wrap, sandwich, or on a rice cake with some sliced tomatoes and sprouts.

@ShaunieceCooks – I am going to go check that out, and even though they have a lot of fat it is the best way to get the fat you need in your diet, and it is the form of fat that your body needs! just don’t overdo it, and you’re fine…
