Hi , as a vege/vegan since 78+butcher/slaughterman’s daughter… ..I worry for your safety dear with your knife! don’t use a serrated knife,a smooth paring/veg knife is all you need.Also keep the green pepper skin upper most after having cut your pepper in half… curl over the tops of your fingers chopping onions,,,
When I make spagh sauce i ladd vegan bouillion powder or a little balsamic,black pepper+a 1/2 tsp of muscavado sugar..perfecto!..well done ,watching men cook gets me going..LOL x

Instead of ketchup I would use good tomato puree (one 10gr tin) and balsamic vinegar. Gives a really nice frumpy sweet tangy taste to the sause.
Humm, well I heard that papa johns can do a vegan pizza, but I would look into that further as I have never researched it myself. Obviously I cook a lot! lol

I’ve seen the knife juggling. However you look like you’ve juggled with all kinds of stuff (my colleagues do the same thing, minus the knife thing).
Plus, now that I know that they are blunt I know it isn’t as dangerous.
I would stop you if you tried it with my knifes, if you dropped them they would go through your shoe, foot, sole and pin you to the floor.
